Suffering From Anxiety? Here’s How To Cure It For Good

Anxiety is a hard illness to live with, but beating it can be easier than you think. Anxiety affects every mind differently. Some people have severe cases, while others may have mild cases. Anxiety and depression are like twins. If you have one, you’ll most likely get the other. Beating anxiety is easier said than done, but it is not impossible.

These tips might seem unhelpful, but remember that this is not an overnight process. Mental health takes time.

 

The first step to combating this illness is asking yourself a question.

  • What is making me feel this constant feeling of nervousness? Anxiety is sometimes hard because you don’t know exactly why you have it.
  • If you don’t know why you feel that way, have a “talk” with yourself re assuring yourself that there is no reason to feel nervous. It sounds dumb but that is the first step in re wiring your brain and combating your anxiety.
  • If you DO know why you are feeling this way, talk about it. Even if you don’t want to. Or write it in a journal. Addressing the problem is the MOST important step. Talking about it can be hard for some people, sometimes talking to yourself helps.
  • If there is no specific reason for your nervousness, tell yourself that. Tell yourself that there is absolutely no reason to be nervous. This is a step that many people will think is bs. Constantly telling yourself that you will be okay and that you are in safe and good hands is essential for recovery. Many people only trust themselves, which is why this step is actually important.
  • Medication may be a good choice. Treating anxiety with medication is an option, however the side effects can be scary. But if you have severe anxiety it is a good option to help you.
  • The Miracle Diet. This diet cured so many people from their anxiety. A high carb low fat organic diet. Cutting out dairy will CURE your skin. Dairy is the WORST for your health. Dairy has links to cancer, acne, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Don’t get me wrong I love dairy too, but I love clear skin and healthy organs more. Meat also has links to gaining weight, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, ect. Your body and mind will thank you. It sucks for a few days, but with research and trust in the diet, your whole body will change for the better.
  • If there is a reason that you have anxiety, join a group of people who are going through the same thing. There are tons of groups that you can join or talk to that have people with the same illness for the same reason. Also don’t think of it as an illness, think of anxiety as a minor setback. We all know anxiety is not a “minor” thing at all, but tell yourself that it is.
  • Belittle your anxiety without belittling yourself. Don’t tell yourself “there’s something wrong with me.” Instead, belittle anxiety. Tell yourself “mean” things about anxiety. “Anxiety is worthless” “I’m too good for this” “I don’t have time for anxiety” “I ain’t no b!&*#” (my personal favorite). Hype yourself up while dissing anxiety. It’s a good mind exercise. Better than you think.
  • Stay hydrated. point. blank. period.

 

If I can stress one thing on this list, it would be the diet. Research, trust, and action are the only things you need to get your mind healthy and your body. Want to lose weight? Try this diet. Want to cure mental illnesses? Try this diet. Want to prevent diseases and have more energy? Try this diet. Research “Raw Till 4 Diet” and watch the changes right in front of you.
